Baguley Engineering provides professional and customised truck / vehicle washdown systems:
- The professional team visit your site, measure each unit and check all requirements.
- Each unit is then individually manufactured to suit client requirements.
- Finally the units are delivered, installed and commissioned by qualified and experienced staff.
As the vehicle drives through the portable truck wash or vehicle wash, it passes a photo electric sensor, which activates pumps to produce enough water and pressure to clean the vehicle. Water from the process can be recycled to whatever degree required. Baguley can supply units fitted with detergent systems, if chemicals are required.
The overall vehicle wash specifically targets the underside of vehicle including wheel arches, tyres, breaks and callipers and number plates, as this is often the primary site of most contaminants. The vehicle wash system has over 50 multidirectional spray jets that target the sides of vehicles, as well as overhead spray bars, which clean top of vehicle.

The washdown systems require minimum servicing and maintenance. Servicing can conveniently be carried out on site and maintenance can be managed internally by your staff.
