Portable Self Contained Clean Down Trailer

The portable self-contained clean down facility consists of: a trailer, water tanks, a portable oil / water separator, wet / dry vacuum system, containment drum, compressor, high pressure water cleaners, portable bunding and storage.

1. TRAILER: The washdown trailer is designed and manufactured to Australian standards and safely carries all the components required for a portable wash down unit.
   Specifications:
   • Less than 2,000kg gross weight.
   • Dual axil, heavy duty off-road springs, electric brakes, towing coupling & small 7-pin round plug.
   • Main frame manufactured from lightweight aluminium.
2. WATER TANKS: The system offers two water cartage tanks: one large water tank and one small tank that is primarily used to contain chemicals but can also provide additional water storage.
   
   • 1 x 600 litre water tank.
   • Size: height 870mm x length 700mm x width 700mm.
   • 1 x 100 litre water tank.
   • Size: height 500mm x length 700mm x width 700mm.
3. PORTABLE OIL / WATER SEPARATOR:The portable separator consists of a stainless steel body with a safety cover, designed for simple and quick operation.
   
   • The separator contains vertical tube separation blocks and absorbent filter sheets
   • Fitted with a 24 volt system in conjunction with the recycling system.
4. WET & DRY VACUUM SYSTEM: An air operated vacuum system which quickly and efficiently pulls liquids into sealed drums. Operating on compressed air, this system requires no maintenance and can remove liquid without losing prime.
   
   • Picks up sludge, metal chips and other debris, which clogs and harms pumps.
   • Liquid is safely drawn into drum for disposal.
5. CONTAINMENT DRUM: With a removable lid and quick release clamp, the containment drum also contains a three tier filter-grid and a small valve at the bottom for drainage.
6. COMPRESSOR: The Portable Diesel Compressor  has sufficient power to easily operate the Wet / Dry Vacuum System.

7. HIGH PRESSURE WATER CLEANERS: High Pressure Water Cleaners are specifically designed as a solution for washing, degreasing, descaling and disinfecting in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications: e.g. cleaning, building, transport, manufacturing and primary sectors.

8. PORTABLE BUNDING: Wash and spill mats are manufactured from TARPOL: a heavy duty PVC coated, tear resistant and high tenacity woven polyester cloth. The mats are utilised in vehicle wash, building cleaning, vehicle servicing, in preventing the spread of weeds / disease in parks and for chemical spill control.
9. STORAGE: The washdown facility offers two lockable storage compartments. The side storage compartments offers easy access to the portable bund mat and the front storage compartment is ideal for repair equipment, brushes and chemical storage.
